Life hero, legend.

This is Paul Hunter, a true Yorkshire lad and a hero of mine. He fought Leukemia for
a few years, and sadly lost. I only got to meet him once, but the determination and
passion he showed for the game and sport in general was inspiring and the legacy
he has left in the form of the Paul Hunter Foundation is a credit to his life.

Some new stuff, just looking at some books and colours.
Quite liked the weird texture of this.

8 Degrees

From last week, I had to come up with a way of visualising 

"8 Degrees of grandmas kisses" (don't ask).

So I did the obvious scale of grannys and their signature smooches,

and the not so obvious scale of headwear to avoid grandma.

p.s apologies for the mediocre use of illustrator, it was a requirement

of the brief. 

Music Packaging

These are part of some CD packaging I was working on last week.
It was for the single 'Salt, pepper and spinderella' by Johnny
Foreigner. Had a lot of fun doing these.

Blatantly just ripped stay gold though. ah well, be reet.

No Globe.

I'm currently working with one of my old bandmates on
some posters and logo stuff for his very exciting club night.
Starting in Edinburgh on the 26th of this month, there's a
gig till ten then a super fun club night to follow.
There's no boundaries to the music on the night so
expect anything from hip-hop to afrobeats, to balkan to
sclub. whatevvvvvaaaaa.

Alternative Energy

Here's an attempt at illustration. We've had a brief to do an illustration
for alternative energy, I chose Geothermal power.
They're a work in progress I guess but for a first attempt at multi
media illustration work I'm pretty happy with them.
